Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Zynnora website and Zynnora Developer, provided by ROBOXA Technologies Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity carried out under your account.

Acceptable use

  • Do not submit content you do not have the right to submit.
  • Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, breach a confidentiality obligation, or violate any law.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Do not resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.

Your content

You keep all rights in the specifications, templates and code you bring into a workspace. You grant us only the licence necessary to process that content in order to provide the service to you. We do not use it to train models.

Output

Output produced by Zynnora — analyses, technical specifications, quality findings and explanations — is provided as a working draft for your professional judgement. It is not a guarantee of correctness, completeness, security or production readiness, and it does not replace your organization’s review, testing, ATC configuration or approval processes. You remain responsible for what you build and deploy.

Availability and fees

We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Paid plans are billed in advance; you may cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. See pricing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
